Today I waited in line for over 17 minutes with only three cars in front of me and nobody in the store. The service gets worse and worse. The more I go there there are incapable of running any kind of shift thoroughly no matter how many people they have on no matter which shift it is. Drove out of line. Drove a mile and a half down the road to another Dunkin’ donuts. Got my coffee where the trip and coffee total. Took 4 minutes for me to drive there. Get my coffee and leave. Don’t go to the drive-thru here

I love Dunkin. But when I order my coffee why do you care so much how much sugar I want in my coffee. I ordered my coffee and asked for my sugar to go in to it and the cashier made an annoyed noise and shook his head. Kinda rude.

Usually this place is fine, but this time I ordered I had a dead fly at the bottom of my drink. Didn’t realize it at first, but thank god I did before I sipped it. At first I thought maybe it was some coffee grounds or something, but no, when I dumped it it was 100% a fly (plus my drink was basically clear). Look, I understand kids work there, but it’s still disgusting.

You need a mask.” Okay, yes your probably right. But did you have to be rude about it… This is exactly why I stopped going to this location a long time ago. I thought maybe yesterday was a fluke so I gave this branch another try after yesterday’s fiasco but it wasn’t any better. I ordered 2 lg hot coffees reg with a few ice, 1 LG iced coffee with 8&8 with extra ice and a LG cup of ice. And all 3 coffee were messed up . The 2 hot coffees said 1&1 and the ice coffee had 3 creams no sugar. And my LG cup of ice was a small cup and they charged me .99 for it as opposed to .25 like all the other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.
