Horrible customer service!! Whoever the lady was who was working on 10/22/22 at 12:53pm, fought with me when I called saying the coffee was cold. She continued to say “it’s not cold, you’re lying. I brewed the coffee myself”. When I asked her for a refund she refused saying the coffee isn’t cold. What the heck? Very unprofessional and rude!!!!

After 4 years of daily poor service I’m done. I order the same coffee everyday and 1 out of 10 times they might get it right or even come close to getting it right. Today I asked for the same medium hot coffee with 4 sugars 4 milks and 4 caramel swirls. He handed me an iced coffee. When i told him I ordered a hot medium coffee with 4 milks 4 sugars and 4 caramel swirls he handed me a hot medium coffee with cream, no sugar and no caramel swirl. It’s no use trying anymore.

I don’t think my order has ever been correct when I’ve gone through the drive thru. Long wait times even when they’re not busy at all. Inconsistent quality, especially for drinks. Staff acts as though we’re inconveniencing them when we ask for, you know, the things we actually ordered. Head to West Leb if you really need to hit up a Dunkin, but don’t bother with this one. Terrible.

We were t allowed to bring our golf cart to Dunkins so we had to walk to the store. Because it’s drive through only, the lady at the window did her best to take our walk in order and she saved the day!!! Thank you guys!!

Hours say open until 5. I arrived at 4:40 and sat in the drive through for a couple minutes, after no one answered I drove around to the front and found the door to be locked, with one employee inside. I asked the employee if we would be able to get a donut to which I was denied being told they had run out of donuts. I walked back to my truck to find the same employee throwing the remainder of their donuts in the dumpster. If I could give zero stars I would.

i loved DD’s sausage, egg and cheese croissant when i 1st ordered them but i was quickly made to realize that the quality of the product is inconsistent. odd and very inconvenient refund policy, special access card required to process a refund and only the manager can use it. so if manager is not on duty, no refund available, for a $$$ place this is not acceptible

This is a mini Dunkin’ donuts. No one is allowed inside anymore so the drive-thru is the only way you’re going to get your coffee and yummies. There’s a very short drive-thru but it took forever to get through it this morning. I suspect that they were short staffed. I waited almost 15 minutes with two cars ahead of me.

Today we stopped halfway through our trip home from camping at this Dunkin’, like we always do and my wife walked through the front door to talk to someone to see if we could walk through and order at window, since the lobby was “Closed”. They said yes. So my wife and 9 year old daughter went to speaker to order, no response. Then proceeded to window, no one came. Went back to speaker, no one. Proceeded to leave and there was the blonde girl with headset vaping out of front door. I said, ” Thanks for being there to take our order we really appreciate it”. A big smile from her and she said, “No problem”. I said, I’ll write a good review for you!” So here it is. It really is too bad, no one can get good help these days.
