One star because I couldn’t give zero. Ordered two iced coffees and I waited over 35 minutes for over priced coffee. After the time spent waiting, I had to re-order because they forgot the first order I placed. Multiple people had the same issue and the staff appeared to put forth little effort to their job. I will never go back.

Very poor service!! They cater to the people using the on the go app and ignore customer’s that walk in to place an order until there is a line to the door. I have complained to the manager and he does nothing about his staff and makes excuses why his employees are rude to customers. Very poor establishment with rude employees and a incompetent manager.
