The food is good, but three times I asked for roasted tomato on my sourdough bread sandwich and I didn’t get the tomatoes on my sandwich. YOU DON’T SKIP THE TOMATOES!! they are a sacred veggie that should belong on the greatest sandwiches. Also when I asked for classic chocolate sprinkles, they gave me plain donuts. Bruh.

Hello! I went to dunkin this morning for my husband. He wanted a frozen dunkachino. I got to the window and the lady said they don’t have that button anymore and listed it as a frozen hot chocolate. Told me it would be the dunkachino my husband requested. Bought it with my free beverage coupon and went on my way. He went to drink it and said it was not the dunkachino he wanted it was a frozen hot chocolate.

Wasn’t too impressed walking into this Dunkin’. The bathroom was disgusting. It’s not too hard to keep up with the cleanliness of a simple, one-toilet bathroom, but walking in here you would think they couldn’t keep up. Hope the “staff bathroom” was a lot cleaner because that was clearly labeled and not for customers. Understandable, but customers should get a sanitary option.

They are almost always busy here. When they are short-staffed, it may take a while to get your order. They are always friendly towards me. The locals, of which I am one, are mostly patient and courteous. However, I was almost hit by an “outer-stater” one time in the parking lot because, I guess, I was walking too slowly!

I normally don’t write reviews about poor service because I know and understand that it is an extremely difficult field of work, especially with how people interact with service staff. Having a bad interaction once and again is to be expected, however, when it becomes a pattern it is a different situation entirely and needs to be addressed.

45 minutes waiting in the drive thru line. Staff seem to be moving all over the place. I question the store layout and worker efficiency training. Lots of action but not a lot of orders crossing the counters. Staff were busy tripping on each other.
