Food was great! The person who took my order at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. But the other lady (i assume she’s been there for a good amount of time) was extremely rude especially to the other employee. She was yelling at them or no reason at all and this caused the atmosphere of the place to feel off. I have notice this going through the drive thru as well. She is very aggressive when taking orders and snaps easily. Again, I have no problems with any of the other employees they always do an amazing job and are very kind. It’s just this one lady specifically.

I went to get bagels with my friends this morning and the workers were horribly rude. They did not put cream cheese on our bagels when we asked for it and when we went back to ask them to fix it they said that we would have to be charged for extra cream cheese and when we argued that one older lady threw the cream cheese on the counter extremely aggressively and yelled at us. Whoever the owner is needs to give this lady a reality check and fire her. She was older maybe 40s, brown hair, and a little on the bigger side. Thanks and I hope this gets fixed.

I just spent 26 bucks on breakfast for the kids and I and my whole order was messed up, wiped cream clearly just scraped off and or mixed in when we asked for no dairy/no whip, the tots were like, microwaved or something really gross and I had to ask for ketchup at the window and got 2 for 4 orders of tots. I’ll just wait the hour in aroma Joe’s line next time I guess. My order here is always messed up somehow. The bottled water was cold, I guess that’s a positive.

ordered a large peppermint cold brew w cold foam on the app today and they didn’t have it apparently which is fine, but they didn’t even bother to wait until i got there to ask if i wanted milk or another substitute, so i just got slightly flavored black coffee. waited around to ask for it myself and was ignored. i get that y’all are busy but please just take one second to talk to the customer, it is possible. still giving three stars because usually someone does wait and ask me if i want a substitute and i appreciate that.

I would leave a review about the food but everytime we have come through here on the way to work they are out of whatever we order.. Don’t know if they just didn’t feel like doing their job or really are out of eggs, croissants, sausage, coffee you get my drift. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Stopped to get hot coffee at 6pm after the soccer game. No hot coffee for the rest of today. They are cleaning the coffee makers for the day. Shouldn’t that be done at the end of the day?

I visited this location inside Alltown at 1:52pm today, April 9th 2022. There was a tall blonde guy, a girl named Bailey, a short and short haired girl, a blonde girl working the window with glasses, and a girl in a pink hoodie working the ovens. Bailey takes my order and rolls her eyes at me when I ask to use my points Girl working the ovens starts making a sandwich then yells across the room to Bailey that she wanted to go home early. Bailey told her to clear her tickets and she could go home. Pink hoodie girl stops working and starts yelling that it’s not fair. She starts throwing bagels sloppily into the oven. A car has been at the window now for 6 minutes, pink girl gives sandwich to window girl and window girl apologizes to the car for the wait. Pink hoodie girl loudly in front of this customer says “I’m not sorry.” She then crumples a bag with a sandwich, throws it on the counter and yells “food” to the 7 of us waiting in line. She then looks at window girl and says “say something I dare you”. The guy working says “we should just call Jacob and have him fire us so we can all go home” everyone in line was very uncomfortable, the car line was now to the entrance by aroma joes. My drinks were made perfectly by the girl with short hair who was taking aggressive orders from the other staff. I felt really bad for her. My sandwich made by pink hoodie was completely frozen in the middle.

Oven wasn’t working so food choices were limited and we didn’t get one of our drinks so had to wait a long time before finally calling a staff member over to make it. Staff wasn’t very friendly, helpful or polite (except for the lady at the register)! Overall not the greatest experience but in their defense it was extra busy due to friends and family weekend at the college.

Rude service. I don’t expect them to kiss my feet.. just basic human courtesy- Please and thank you. They just hold out their hand and say the total. Then give you the bag and say nothing. I hope DD replaces these workers with robots ASAP. Robots would be kinder than the people working there . Prices keep going up and up, bagel sandwich is $5.07 now.
