I ordered 2 hot chocolates a small and a large with whipped cream and they tasted like boiled water, so I called and asked for them to be remade, and they were very nice and remade them no problem for us but they still taste like boiled water with almost no chocolate in it at all. Very disappointing, usually my favorite hot chocolate in the world.

Location’s gone extremely downhill in the recent months. Anytime I place a mobile order now, it takes 20 minutes to be completed. Came in at 4:45pm, no one in line in the drive thru or in store… mobile order ticket was just sitting on the printer for 15 minutes until someone grabbed it.

Decent place to pick up a drink, but just doesn’t have the vibe of the bigger franchises. Good thing or bad? You decide. I prefer it quiet, so this branch is perfect. Be mindful that there aren’t many tables and seats, and that they aren’t very welcoming. Parking is good and so is the service.

Ordered hot black large coffee with 6 sugars & no cream WITH a little ice, hash browns & a snack wrap. After order was repeated back sans ice, I reminding the attendant about wanting ice. After paying I got my coffee which felt quite hot so I looked at the printed label: without ice listed. I inquired & got the simple reply of sorry. I inquired how they failed to get me the requested ice after specifying it during my order & reconfirming. Only got sorry, will check next time. And there was no offer to add ice & give me some in another cup. AND the hash browns were luke warm. I want to give these folks a chance but 75% of the time they screw up even the simplest of orders. I guess I’ll have to stop going & drive further to Bangor.
