The guy who was working the morning of 8/20/23 at around 11 am was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He got confrontational with us because they handed us the WRONG drink out of two separate orders. He then said they should put up a sign that says “don’t take orders before it’s ready” under his breath passive aggressively. We explained to him that the TV above said our order numbers were ready and that the servers literally HANDED US the food and drinks. He said that they don’t control the sign and it wasn’t accurate, but how are we supposed to know that?? This guy needs some serious customer service training, or maybe a job that doesn’t require talking face to face with customers since he clearly doesn’t know how to be kind and respectful!

Since covid I have not been inside not sure the atmosphere. 2 times the hot coffee has spilt in my lab once with a suit on..keep advising them not to fill cups as high cause the hot coffee expands the cover so it falls off. NO ONE LISTENS!

Stopped to get a donut and coffee. Walked in to a completely empty donut counter. Asked worker if there were any donuts. He pointed to a rack way behind the counter with a couple trays of donuts. He said, “can you see?”. I could not see a thing. I asked for a common donut in hopes there would be one. He picked his nose before he got our donuts. Then moved a trash with both hands before fixing our coffee. Then, his finger was right on the part of my cup where you sip, when it was delivered to me.

I’m going to McDonald’s from here out. I missed getting my coffee at Dunkin this morning 8/21/23 but Friday morning they sold me the most disgusting sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. The croissant was burnt top n bottom and the egg n sausage were gross! I threw it out the window and the birds flew away from it. It a sea gull aka dumpster duck won’t eat it than Dunkin you need help.

You know how your coffee is hit or miss usually? Sometimes it’s just right, sometimes it’s so wrong you can’t even drink it? This is the most consistent Dunkin around. It’s always pretty similar and I love them for it.

Every time I’ve come here for the past 2 years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences when I mobile order. I place my order way before I get here and it’s never ready, and when I get here I have to ask the workers for my missing items every single time. If I don’t I will never get my complete order. I get they’re busy quite often but even when it’s dead I never walk in to my order completed. And often times they’re out of the things I order. All the workers ignore you until you say something about your order, so expect to be waiting for your food for 20+ minutes unless you say something

Bad experience. There were no donuts available, only holes during mid day. Screwed up my order for 6 holes that I paid for. They gave me only 4. I asked for sugar in my coffee. They forgot. No apology. I will skip this place when I drive through Bucksport again.
