Newly renovated, utilized the drive up for breakfast on the road ~ tasty sandwich, hash browns & coffee. Superb service. While I waited for my sandwich the drive up attendant actually got a couple of donuts holes for my dog, on the house, after asking permission. Thank you!

They recently did a full renovation on this store. Now they have kiosk that you have to place your own order and forget the drive thru 25 minutes to get thru the line. Seems these places are raising prices but giving less quality. If ok have to do the job of your employees shouldn’t I get their discount ?

I fancy myself a Mocha Frozen Coffee. Not all locations make it the way it is supposed to be made, so each time I order, I ask for the Mocha drizzle to be on the bottom of the cup. It had never been an issue until this past Saturday, when Brittany, the supervisor made a comment to the cashier “this isn’t Starbucks,” and proceeded to then not prepare my order as I asked. This has always been my go to location, but this experience kind of soured me. I know everyone has bad days, but there is a level of professionalism that needs to be held in any customer service position, especially a leadership one.

I placed a mobile order 3 drinks my daughter picked it up. If you order 3 large beverages wouldn’t you think they would be places in a drink carrier? They gave her two single drinks said have a good day. My daughter had no idea what I had ordered. She drove home I sent her back to get my 6.19 drink. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience they replied she shouldn’t of left without it.

SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’LL NEVER SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN! In line for a short period of time behind 2 others. I pull up to the speaker to be told, “hold on, I’ll be right with you”. 5 minutes later, still waiting. I finally back up and pull forward again to activate the drive thru intercom. “How can I help you?” I provide my order, the clerk replies with an incorrect order. I give the correct order again to which she replies, “that it?” I cancelled my order and as I drove away I could see 2 workers talking in the drive thru window. I don’t know their situation and I tried to be patient, all set.

This place had been my go to whenever I needed coffee, until today. A young man had gone to the counter and asked if they do birthday drinks. (They do, its apart of the app) The woman behind the counter very snarkily said, “yeah we don’t do that” and proceeds to ask the boy how old he is. He answers 16, and she stated back to him “yeah well so was I when I got up this morning, what do you want ?” I never complain about people but to be that rude to a kid for no reason other than your in a bad mood?
