When you can get someone to take your order…. iced coffee is burned more often than not (based off the last 45 days, it’s 1 in 3 not burned). Or they’re out of cups, and over charge cause they run the card, before making the coffee. I feel bad for the people that work there. They seem thrown to the wolves, with no management.

The lady at the counter didn’t even pretend that she wanted to be there. I got a bagel with cream cheese and I expected there to be a knife with it just to get down the road and nope! (No knife). I also got a frozen lemonade that tasted like I was drinking straight lemon juice. I had to put at least 27 packets of sugar to even tolerate the taste. We ordered three bagels and it took 15 minutes to get done. Just to wait that long and have a cold bagel with one solid lump of cream cheese in the middle.

Love that the lady taking my order got it all the first try, and I didn’t have to repeat myself at all. Highly recommend getting a medium frozen with 2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps french vanilla, and 2 pumps raspberry. As a pregnant woman, this has been my all time favorite craving.

I would give less than a star but the system will not let me! 5 cars a head of me took 30 minutes to get to the ordering, got to the window and they gave me the wrong order twice! Asked to speak to the manager and he came in hot – swearing at me and then told me to never come back! I live just about across the street from this place, I’m 65 years old and have never been spoken to ike that! Ever! Who ever owns that place now should be embaraced to have a staff that cannot get anything right and to have a manager speak to customers in that way! It is less frustrating for me to drive to Augusta or Waterville and get my drinks from the compeditors!
