I think this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome. There is one employee who is so helpful and goes out of her way to help! She helps the other employees there as well and seems to be a good leader. I haven’t encountered a visit where she hasn’t been there and rocking it out!

Didn’t get order right and took forever

It was like no one worked there when I visited a couple months ago (just getting to posting, now.) The experience left me with a very sullied view of the company. I stood at the register for a few minutes. I could hear people talking and laughing. I very loudly said, “Excuse me, I’d like to order” (at least three times). I could still hear chatter and laughter from out back, but no response. Then, I very loudly questioned if any one works at this D’ND! Still no response. Yet there was still chit-chat. I piped up and even more loudly and clearly and concisely said, “I guess you lost an order, again.” From out back I heard, “oh well.” Beyond disrespectful, not acceptable.

This particular location never gets my iced latte just right. My usual spot does, almost every time. Delicious! They know what “less milk ” means, and dont stuff it with more ice. I had to work ar getting my straw into it yesterday. Taste isnt as good either.
