I went there this morning and had a horrible experience. I order 2 medium strawberry dragon fruit refreshers. When I got to the window they said I only order. I said it okay but I can pay for the second right now. I did. The oder came out I got a mango pineapple and refused to give me a refund or make me a new one. Then they burnt my bagel and were very rude when I asked for my second drink.

This Dunkin is the most donut depleted dunkin there is. Doesn’t matter if it’s morning, afternoon they never have donuts ever. Good place for a cup of coffee but don’t think about food. Horrible, hit the one before this in auburn for a better experience.

Great service. Limp, depressingly sad bacon, not fully cooked. Side of wish they were fully cooked hash browns. Don’t look for atmosphere here, unless the atmosphere of a gas station seems appealing to you.

This location stinks ! They rarely get anything right. Today they messed me up BAD ! I ordered a small decaffeinated Ice coffee, 18 mg caffeine. I’m hauling a trailer up on 95 when I start shaking, nausea, headache, heart palpitations etc. I had my kid check my coffee & it’s a regular caffeinated. 357 mg caffeine !!! to a caffeine sensitive person ! I couldn’t drive ! Thank God my 17 year old knows how to tow a trailer ! 10 hours later I’m still sick.

Went through drive-thru, placed simple order a medium blueberry iced coffee and a frozen coffee coolatta one order of hash browns simple right?.not..blueberry ice not stirred shaken nothing had to open my door and shake it while waiting for the coffee coolatta which we received several minutes later and it was blue raspberry not coffee waited a few more minutes and received our second drink and the soggy hashbrowns.

This Dunkin is really nice. The staff are so great, friendly and helpful. It’s a nice store to sit at a table and relax with Wi-Fi! Truly the best around.

I am going to preface I should have handled the situation better. I went through your drive through today to order drinks. I got to the window and was matter of fact tone advised you were out of chai. Frustrated I said to remove the drink. This is now the 8th time in the last 10 trips the item I have ordered has been out. That includes the time you were out of large cups. The total at the window never changed when they rang out minus the one drink. I asked for a receipt and was huffed at. Once the window was closed I complained to my passenger about the stocks and service. My order was brought by a different gentle who mockingly told me to have a nice day. Based on his tone I poorly reacted and gave him the finger. As I drove away another female took it upon herself to stick her head out the window and mockingly yell have a nice day. I admit I was wrong but this is the worst service I have received in the 7 years I have gone to dunkin in the Turner area.

I’ve been here a lot and had no issues but today I went in and bought $14 worth of food. I gave the man 1 10 1 5 and 5 1s and then he gave me back 53 cents… I told him that I gave him more but he said I gave him $15 and then this lady told me to leave and just give them my name and number… not sure if I’m going to get the money back. I’m not mad at the fact it happened I’m just annoyed they told me to leave because now I’m not sure I’ll have any proof of what happened. Update: never got the money back… They told me there is nothing they can do Very very disappointed and I will not be going back again.
