Idk her name but she’s an older woman… Usually get terrible service every time I deal with her. Accidentally hit the wrong rewards thing for an espresso when I ment to hit munchkins.. she’s telling me the reward price option is different than munchkins.. BOTH ARE EQUAL TO 150!! when she scanned my phone points automatically disappear… So I couldn’t pull it to right reward Ugh

Stopped in this DDs May 2023 early morning…after emergency transporting a injured opposum to the nearby wildlife rehab. I was under caffeinated and over tired. The team was obviously flying around super slammed w drive up window customers etc. However, fantastic job! They were all jamming and working so fast to turn orders out! As a customer in the store with them, they were super professional, great vibe, great attitude! Immediately felt like, management needs to know this team is really good, please reward them for job done above and beyond with a fantastic attitude!

They hold on to expired food & give it out to the customers. They don’t clean their ice machine & it is filled with mold. The machines don’t get cleaned out every night so those most likely have mold in them too. the store it’s self is barely ever cleaned. An employee has posted all of this on their Snapchat story.

Waited for food that was ready just sitting behind the counter not in the pick up station where it should be. Bags were soaked with coffee from our order. The large coffee was cracked so spilt all over the car, and belongings. When it was brought in to obviously get a new one they handed us a cup and told us to pour the remaining coffee in the cup. We had to ask for a brand new coffee. All employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off bc there’s a line through the drive through and customers that aren’t happy inside. Create a team environment and train your employees to do what there suppose to and you will not have that issue. The customer service was awful the experience was awful and we will never be going back there.

Me and two other people went to order drive-through. The other two people ordered be for me. And when it was my turn, the male staff yelled into the intercom. He yelled at us to “move to the drive-through window”. I told him I hadn’t ordered and he just keep yelling “go to the drive-through window”. We get to the drive-through window and he starts yelling at us. I told him he didn’t let me order and he said we ordered to much food. And then says to us “It’s not my fault you people are to lazy to walk into the restaurant”. And then he started telling us he can refuse us service. He told us there was a line of cars waiting, there was only one other truck behind us. And this truck just pulled in at the time I was trying to order.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, a medium hot coffee, and hash browns. The only thing hot was the coffee. Hash browns and croissant were marginally warm (maybe too generous), and the bacon was way more chewy than it should be. Hadn’t been to Dunkin in 3 years and this was an extremely disappointing return. Not sure I want to go back anytime soon.
