My frequency of visiting this location continues to become further apart after every visit. I always think well, maybe it’s just new staff. I’ll wait until they get better. It just doesn’t seem to happen. Just once, I would love to take my last sip of coffee without gagging and spitting my coffee out because of a mouthful of coffee grounds. They are hard chunky grounds and it has literally been every visit. Starbucks is overpriced but it’s worth paying double for my coffee to not gag at the end of the cup.

I ordered 2 Boston Cream Donuts and this is how the TEENAGE GIRL placed my Donuts into my bag. I immediately called the Topsham Dunkin’Donuts and a female answered the phone and identified herself as the Store Mgr. I made an observation that the TEENAGE GIRL should have placed my 2 Boston Cream Donuts back to back rather than sticking the Chocolate fudge on top of my Donuts to one another. Although my drink was drinkable, it was not what I ordered at all. I ordered a decaf macchiato with caramel, but they ended up making a normal macchiato that wasn’t decaf and had zero caramel. Keep in mind that I ordered the drink at 6 pm. Caffeine has a very vast and long-lasting affect on me, so I was up till 3 am due to the drink not being decaf. After this experience, I have developed PTSD. Every time I drive past a Dunkin Donuts, I get chills, I get flashbacks to 3 am, and I have difficulty breathing. Starbucks would have never done such a traumatizing thing to me. Therefore, I demand free decaf caramel macchiatos for one year and 5 free therapy sessions that all include a supply of donuts. I prefer chocolate glazed donuts for your information.

Staff were not impolite but were not going out of their way to smile or be polite. Cold. Fire them and hire someone else. Also a man was returning a coffee because the lid kept coming off and made a mess in his lap. The two coffees I bought both were mediums and the lids also do not stay on. It spilled twice, and no matter what you do the lid does not stay on. I’ve been drinking coffee for 40 years so yes it’s not me not putting the lid on right. I think the entire batch of cups are bad. This is a franchise that has a buyer for all stores so Dunkin’ Donuts is making uncaring decisions and has changed the source of their cups inventory without testing them. Thanks, not. Stain on car seat, pants wet, napkin fibers now crushed into my black dress slacks because of Dunkin’ Donuts bad inventory management.

Absolutely no customers, drove up to the drive through, and waited for a few minutes without response. Said “hello?” and nothing. So I pulled into a spot and went in. I stood at the counter for another few minutes, saying “hello?” again twice with no response. Left after waiting for 5+ minutes with no help.

Hello my name is Sandra. I am 75 years old and today I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts around 11 am. I went inside and ordered my food. My total came out to $12.33 I used my Dunkin’ rewards money. I get points when I buy something and it can turn to money. The lady at the counter scanned and took the money off there. When I asked for my receipt she said I get it after I paid. I’m not good with technology so I was a little flustered trying to use my Dunkin app. So I gave her a 20 dollar bill and she took it I went and looked at my app and the money was gone from there. She charged me twice and I called and they said they could help me but they didn’t and told me to call back tomorrow.

They just can’t get my coffee right. I always order french vanilla with cream and Splenda. About 60% of the time, I get unflavored, unsweetened coffee. Sometimes there’s even a strange, bitter taste like they burned it or used a dirty carafe. Shouldn’t be that difficult. Sometimes they get it right, and it’s good, but they’re leaning toward the negative in that regard.
