So for starters this morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and two coffees. Everything seemed normal until I started breaking out in hives. Guess what dunkin ???guacamole doesn’t belong on a bacon egg and cheese. Not on the sandwhich, the inside of the bag or the outside. I’ve been calling your store since I left. You really should pay attention to what you’re doing. Shame

County Road Dunkin- what happened??? You guys have always been so on point, but lately things have been going downhill fast. This morning was the worst- I put in a mobile order for an iced coffee, breakfast sandwich and hash browns. It literally took a half hour to get my order. I had already paid for it since it was a mobile order, and had already committed to the drive thru, since they don’t let you change it, so waited in the line….for a half hour! People were bailing out all around. By the time I got my order, the sandwich was cold and soggy, the hash browns had congealed into one big mass, and the top to the coffee somehow wasn’t put on all the way, so it spilled all over me. 🙁 🙁

I walked into the lobby which is what I typically do. I will not go through the drive thru if I do not have to. I totally agree with something someone else has posted when they said “you feel as though you are being a bother to them by going in there.” I walked in and stood at the front counter for way to long. I did not get addressed, noticed, NOTHING. When I heard someone giving a guest their order in the drive thru I spoke up and asked if anyone was working the front counter. A young girl with terrible makeup and dirty jeans rudely tells me “Yeah, I can help you over here. ” Meaning at the drive thru window register. Now she says this like I am supposed to know this. Like I was supposed to walk over to the drive thru counter to order at the drive thru register when walking into the lobby. HMMMM I think I missed something here. Lol so I told the young lady I am sorry but I have been waiting here for 15 minutes. Her face gets all red like she wants to argue with me. Now, I work in a restaurant. Not to mention I manage a restaurant. I would NEVER treat one of my patrons that way. EVERY SINGLE Dunkin really has gone down hill. DUNKIN, GET IT TOGETHER!

Per most of my visits the food was what you would expect coming from Duncan the lobby was clean and the supplies were full The bathroom was lovely The service always leaves something to be desired it’s almost like they would throw the coffee at you if they could they don’t see you it’s like you’re bother some throughout their day as a customer especially if you come into the lobby…

We placed an order online and then walked in the lobby to pick up. After using the bathroom while waiting for pickup, the lady behind the counter basically yelled at us that the lobby was closed. Now granted, the sign said it was closed to dine in customers, it did not say it was closed for pickup orders. When I explained we were here for a pickup, she rolled her eyes and told me, it’s at the other end and rudely pointed. I felt like I needed to apologize for interrupting her day. I normally don’t have bad experiences here, and I wasn’t rude to her. My wife and I were taken aback at the rude customer service. Be warned – avoid lobby at all costs. This only got a 2 because on our way out, another employee, who was leaving, apologized for her behavior.
