I pre-ordered on the app..was delayed going over to pick up my order by 15 min..still wasn’t ready at 2:30 in the afternoon. There wasn’t a single person in the to go line nor was there anyone waiting inside. My order still wasn’t ready as I stood there 5 min waiting to be acknowledged. Get my order..the chai latte tasted like water AND grilled cheese was soggy and had no pesto! Hello!! McFly!!? Epic fail in my book. Looks like I’ll pass you by next time.

This morning dozens of cars were met with a closed store. Not knowing they were closed we sat in line for 15 minutes before people started leaving. They haven’t had good service for years and need to be shut down or have a major overhaul. This is unexceptable

The new paper cups are terrible! Better yet, this location wants to charge me 25 cents more to double cup! I showed the location these pictures of my most recent cup leak. They didn’t care. It Leaked from the bottom and filled my cup holder before I ever got a drink from it. Not my first leak with these new cups, no other location charges me for an extra cup! I frequent this location but not anymore. There are other options for both dunkin and coffee and I don’t need to waste my time or money this location.

Been here 3 days in a row first thing in the morning. The woman serving me had a bad attitude all 3 days and they had absolutely no bagels. Never been do a Dunkin that didn’t have bagels, especially 3 days in a row. It will be the last time I stop at the Raymond restaurant.
