Gotta hand it to this crew – they’re efficient!! I normally would never wait in a line even half this long for a coffee and a sandwich, but I had pre-ordered with the app so I was stuck. I was dreading my wait, but it was only 5-10 minutes, which is incredible when you consider there were probably 20+ cars in front of me! And my order was perfect.

Ordered two coffees, one DECAF iced coffee and one latte. Coffees came out unlabeled, which prompted me to ask “which one is decaf?” To which she responded with a “yes.” and looked at me like I had three heads. Coffee was NOT decaf and gave my wife heart palpitations. Never been to a dunkin that doesn’t know how to label their coffees, especially when the sticker is printed out for you. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Excellent location. My kids had placed 2 separate mobile orders for Drive thru pickup. Upon arrival I ordered an espresso shot for one of the drinks on the Mobil order, a Refresher and a breakfast sandwich. Even with All the orders and All the items, my order was received Exactly as I had wanted it. Very impressed with the performance and courteous manner in which these “kids” conducted my transaction.

today 09/19 went to dunkin donut kennebunk maine, used drive thru . placed order twice. get to window. they had to be told order all over again. bad service . i will never go to this place again. workers can care less about customer satisfaction

Coffee is brown water…no flavor. The staff is snippy and the avocado toast was a joke I paid 4.00 for a half burt piece of toast and maybe a tablespoon of avocado, no tomato and not kidding 13 sesame toast. $4.00! Now I’ve it at home..way better coffee, and avocado toast for 3 mornings for $4.00.
