So I placed and online order of two cold drinks, two wake up wraps, and a Boston-cream donut. upon receiving my order from drive through and parking, I reached into the one bag and realized that the frosting from the donut had been melted off and got all over the other food that was ordered. NOTHING IN THE BAG WASN’T COVERED IN MELTED CHOCOLATE! My friend that ordered the wraps is allergic to chocolate. Great. Thanks inconsiderate employee that can’t have one hot bag and one cold bag … waste of money.

Absolutely horrific. Especially if you speak english!!! They couldn’t even make a regular coffee with cream and sugar!! Took 4 times! For 4 coffees and 3 donuts, it took almost 30 minutes. There were no other customers. Don’t go to Kittery, ME rt 1 dunkin donuts. Horrid!!!

Terrible… we ordered 3 munchkins through the app for our 3 year old daughter. When we got to the window they informed us they were out and they asked if we wanted something else as a substitute but all they had was a bunch of candied junk we didn’t want to give to our 3 year old. So we asked for a refund…. They said to come back in the morning because their manager wasn’t there and they couldn’t do refunds without their manager… excuse me, you can’t do a refund for 3 munchkins without a manager? Seriously…. We live 3 hours from this location we are not driving back in the morning and will make a point to avoid this location going forward which is several times a year…

Wanted to work here months ago for extra cash. Lasted five minutes and walked right out after one of the baristas made a mistake and blamed the customer for it, and wouldn’t give her a refund for the mistake that SHE made. And then mocked her. Absolute trash.

Went to pick up a order the woman was screaming at me through the drive through. Who does this?? I went inside, she’s carrying on like this with elderly women inside who get together as a treat. Those ladies should never have heard her screaming like that. I don’t care that she yelled at me, but if my “grandmother” heard that nonsense I’d be soo upset.

Not only do they mess up a Latte and a simple hot coffee with 9 and 9 they also do stuff like this! Then refused to remake the latte and refused to refund me! A blue hair in my latte, and over cooks the hash browns so you can barely eat them. I’ve only been here 5 times and they mess up every time! I also would like to add I’m clearly not the only person who feels this way! See for yourself!
