When I arrived there was a customer standing there waiting to order. There was no one at the counter! One lady came out from the back and started to walk out and we asked her if there was anyone working and she stated her shift was done and continued to leave. A gentleman came from out back and apologized that he was getting ice. He was upset that they (staff) left as he was trying to do his Job. We were too! This gentleman was trying to do everything by himself. When I asked why they left while he was out back. He explained that they were not allowed to working past there shift! If corporate is that cheap they are going to loose good workers like this gentleman. It was obvious why they have a Hard time keeping staff! Very dissapointed!

James in specific was extremely rude, sarcastic and over all completely irrogant. This is not my first experience with his unprofessionalism, but it will however be my last. There are to many Dunkin donuts around the corner to settle for such bad customer service. Which many customers would agree. (What is supposed separate you from everyone else IS customer service). I had done “a coffee run” for my husband and his employees and needless to say my husband and I, as well as my husbands 20+ employees will not be back. Sadly we have been regulars for a while.. but as a previous Dunkin donuts manager knowing if you keep burning your regulars they will not be back. I do not think I am the only regular he has continued this behavior toward, or the last. Some people are not meant for customer service and unfortunately he is a prime example of someone who should have a desk job. I do not appreciate being talked to as if I was stupid, getting nasty looks and eye rolls or having someone trying to argue with me. No one pulls up to a drive through pays their hard earned money…. For that. For a lot of people this is their first stop before work, after work, or maybe someone had a long day and just wants a coffee, to give them 5 seconds of peace ☮️ …..your bad days and bad attitude are becoming others bad days and attitude. Be someone’s reason to smile, not someones reason to write a bad survey about you.

This location and their 7 others is the most horrible in the state. Owners reward lying cheating stealing individuals with management jobs. The honest hard working employees get used abused an thrown out to satisfy there own pockets. The coffee is always make wrong and food is cold.

Every time there’s an issue yet I keep coming back bc it’s in a convenient location. No more. Just sat in line for 17 minutes (4 cars in front of me) for them to tell me they didn’t have any cold brew… coffee. How do you run out of coffee? 10am on a Sunday. The one thing I wanted. So I had to wait longer just to drive past the window. No way out of the line.

I don’t know what’s been going on for the past year but unless you get lucky, you will wait 10+ minutes in line (unless you give up like half the people do) just for a coffee… and just to see people in front of you being handed one single coffee. What is the wait all about? I thought maybe it’s the pandemic and more people are choosing the drive thru but there’s still half the traffic there used to be. If they don’t have enough employees maybe they need to temporarily close this one.

The girl workin the drive thru was the rudest I’ve ever experienced at dunks. When ordering she was impatient and talked over us, then when I get to the window and ask if she used decaf (I can’t have caffeine) she literally ignored me!! Just shoved the iced coffee with no sticker to say what it is, took our card, handed it back and walked away. Don’t work in customer service if you are going to be that rude. I didn’t drink it due to not knowing if she used decaf or not!
