Food was as expected, was busy when we went in. Service was not good, everyone in the place was angry as they were busy. No hellos goodbyes just what do you want and that’s it. Every mobile order that came through they would hit the machine in frustration there was another order.
Subscription Services
I found plastic shredded pieces in my drink from one of their machines it looks like. The area manager called me to apologize and told me the company themselves would reach out about this CHOKING HAZZARD & ALLERGY HAZZARD and they never did. Also, they never responded to my emails. Dunking doughnuts is disgustingly unprofessional. I sent pictures and even resubmitted this bad occurrence with their customer service team -it didn’t matter. Horrible customer service and really gross to pull out of my mouth. If I had allergies to plastics or if I had choked on this more, it would have been REALLY REALLY BAD and DANGEROUS.

So this place has really gone downhill.. Rarely do they get my coffee right and more often than not it takes 15 to 20 mins to recieve my order (food is cold) or even pay for that matter even being the only vehicle in the drive-thru.. The picture is of the SAME COFFEE from two different locations!! (Left -Newport, Right-Charlestown) No one is at the window when we pull up and we are forced to wait, only to recieve the wrong coffee and cold food!!

A great staff, great food, great customer service, if your drink is wrong they apologize and remake it so fast, they’re honestly so kind and willing to work with the customers on difficult orders or during complications

Was sooooo looking Forward to trying the new pomegranate coconut refresher! Very disappointed it tasted like grape koolaid had to give it to my friend I also ordered a French vanilla swirl ice coffee I had to throw out, the lady at the window was not friendly at all they didn’t shake my coffee or give me napkins, and my coffee didn’t taste like French vanilla at all even with an extra shot I don’t think there was any French vanilla at all.. so I spent cash I didn’t really have and ended up with no drinks

By far the best Dunkin’s I have been to in Sullivan County area. I went in today with four little ones and Natalie the manager was amazing. She recreated mini decaf versions of my latte. Even added rainbow sprinkles. She was so patient and cheerful. Her customer service was unbelievable. I had very happy little girls! Then she gave them pink frosted rainbow donuts to got with the coffees. Her positive attitude turned out coffee run into an opportunity to enjoy ourself and make memories. Natalie if you see this Thank You so much. Dunkin’s is lucky to have you.

I ordered a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese about 5 mins ago and was disappointed to see YET again I got regular cream cheese and about a spoonful size of it on the bagel. This has happened very frequently in the drive thru line, I’d recommend anyone to check their food items before driving away.
