They where so rude in the drive thru window I tried ordering 2 coffees and 2 sweet black pepper bacon sandwich’s they said anything else after I had ordered the first sandwiches and I said one second as I was talking to people in my car about what they wanted I then asked for the second sandwich and they goes thank u have a nice day and so I said it again thinking they didn’t hear me and where talking to someone inside when I got to the window it took 20 minutes for them to even take my money and they said 22.something and I go it should be under $20 there’s 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches they rudely said that I ordered 3 and the manager came over to the window gave me a nasty look didn’t say anything to me took it off the bill when I finally opened my food up it was all smashed and disgusting looking like they put there hands on the sandwiches and made a fist this is extremely disgusting and disappointing I always go here because they staff where always so nice and always got my order right but I will not be coming back because of the two women working today at 3:30pm on 7/10/23 if I could give 0 starts I would came again today 7/11/23 and never knew an English muffin was a croissant for the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich

Picking up my mobile order was a bit rocky. It was missing a couple items, which the employee happily helped me with.

Service is inconsistent here. When it’s busy, they tend to run way behind and become very overwhelmed and stressed out. I placed a mobile order for a medium blue raspberry coolatta mid-day yesterday and arrived 10 minutes later, and it was not ready. I waited 5 more minutes before asking someone about it because I could see they were very busy, but after 15 minutes it seemed like they may have forgotten about my order. I asked nicely, and didn’t get a very nice response. After an additional 3 minutes, someone slammed the coolatta down on the to-go counter and stormed off without saying a word.

If I could give them 0 stars I would the lady working was so rude! She had no idea what was going on and kept having an attitude with me when I was just simply waiting for food I ordered. I will absolutely will never go back to this location!!!! I have never had service that was as bad as this! I just shocked about how horrible it was at this location!

Very terrible customer service, asked if they had a specific drink and got laughed at as well as caught an attitude from the older woman working the window. She was incredibly disrespectful and got mad when she made a mistake in our order twice and both times we offered to pay for it.

People that work there are really nice, but the food i mid tier fast food but hey it got me through a lot of late night drives.

The elderly lady who I suspect is the manager needs people skills. She was very rude to the staff and customers. Stood there waiting inside for our coffee and instead of handing it to me she placed it for the drive thru. She told the guy making our sandwiches to go pull wraps and got irritated when he said when he was done making our stuff. Had to go back in due to there was no sugar in our drinks. The donut was old at 1pm and the muffin was not cooked all the way.

Every time I’ve visited this dunkin location in the past year the employees are not friendly and the food is messy, burnt or forgotten. I’ve ordered the mini pancakes and upon getting them noticed green goo (Maybe from avocado toast? I hope) on the package and on the pancakes. Today I got a bagel and it was completely black inside and out. These are just two minor examples. Save yourselves the trouble and please visit a different dunkin location. Customer service and food quality are both awful.

Always so busy but that doesn’t excuse the poor hygiene. No gloves, dirty counters, food straight on the dirty counters, dirty floors, dirty mixing spoons that were still being used. I stood there horrified knowing I wasn’t gonna eat my food once it was done.
