Great service if it’s not busy. Food is DD food, it’s ok but not going to win any awards. BE AWARE, if the drive thru has a long line, they won’t take any orders inside regardless of how many people are working, it’s not as efficient as other Dunkins.

I’m not a coffee drinker so I always loved the vanilla chai aka vanilla spice and they discontinued it so I’m not a frequent flier anymore neither is my friends or family because of the fact I can’t get my drink anymore. can’t do the food without the proper drink BRING IT BACK DUNKIN… VANILLA CHAI AKA VANILLA SPICE I MISS IT.

The customer service here is a literal joke. The manager especially is incredibly rude. My drink is ALWAYS wrong, and I fully believe it’s because I quit that toxic work environment. Yesterday the manager, Crystal, dropped all of my fiancés change and couldn’t even say “sorry”. We definitely will be bringing out business elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same.
