The first order was not made correctly I ordered a sweet black pepper breakfast sandwich with no cheese they gave me cheese and no bacon. The doors were locked so no one could go in and get the correct order and if you ordered on line you couldn’t go in either then went to the drive up window and they shut the window in my daughter face and wouldn’t assist her then another customer knocked on the window for her and they gave her a new sandwich but it was burnt. So glad that there are other Dunkin around that provide better customer services that arnt rude to customers

Not the best quality. Ordered online so it would be ready when i got there (15 minutes away). Coffee still wasn’t made. Taste was good but cup not full. Hash browns were burnt, inedible since so hard. Not a fan of the tomato pesto sandwich, just tasted off.

The place is convenient, updated, and open 7×24. However, on a Sunday afternoon I was the only customer inside and there was no one to take my order. After waiting for a little, I had to say hello a few times, and still no one came for a few minutes. She simply said, what can I get for you. No acknowledgement of what just happened.

I get coffee from this one every morning and they’re by far the fastest, best service I’ve experienced at a Dunks! The people who work here are super friendly and hard workers, and I’ve never been given a wrong order (knock on wood).

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. Besides one staff member everyone was rude. The drive thru- line was extremely long and I was the only person in there and even when my wake up wrap was ready it was left on the counter with no letting me know until I asked. The girl was rude and the time took way to long for one thing

Frequently makes errors on orders. Hit or miss, doesnt matter time of day. Staff would benefit from retraining at this location. *update 4.21 – completely messed up order for 2 iced coffees that I was asked to repeat twice. Did not let me know they were out of ingredients before swiping my card. AVOID! Drive to another Dunkins if you can.
