I have given this place many chances to get it right. Honestly out of the 10 times I have been there. No once have I received my coffee right. Med ice 4 cream and 4 liquid sugar. Not once have I received it correctly. As for getting a frosted doughnut not upside-down I think it’s impossible. I was in their and one of the children who work their left their Dab pen on the counter. Picked it up hit it and remembered that they were at work and ran to the back.I will not be returning to this place any more.

Who ever the woman was taking orders thru the driveway on Wednesday August 9 around 10:30 am was absolutely one of the most miserable people I have ever dealt with thru a Dunkin drive thru. No hello no thank you ,answers your orders with yup, yup ,ya, that was the whole conversation ,not to mention how my order was handed to me by her, just rude. She is in the wrong line of work !!!!

Every time my wife or myself has gone here our orders are always needed to be repeated, always come out wrong. When asking to be remade it’s always an issue and a strife is an always given. All they care about is times and getting people in and out which yes is important but rather take them 5 minutes to make a coffee right than 80 seconds to push a car through.

I enjoy Dunkin. This store was very busy, so I had to wait to order through the app (I needed to walk-in for pick up). I finally ordered as drive-through, figuring I would just walk up to the drive-through window. Luckily the restaurant walk-in area was open, so I did not have to wait behind a car. Food was excellent.

I come to this location a couple of times a week. The staff has always been friendly and easy to approach if I have a question, but there is rarely an issue with my order. May get what tastes like a stale doughnut a time or two, but coffee and prepared food are as expected. I typically order via app for mobile drive-through pick-up. App seems to glitch a lot for this location, and I need to delete and re-install for it to populate for ordering ahead here. Overall, my go-to dunks location.

Store is organized and clean, staff is friendly, helpful and usually do pretty well getting customers in and out of the store or drive through quickly. However machines and equipment should be regularly maintained and calibrated more frequently, to customers more consistency in products, especially beverages. As sometimes the cream will be too much, too little or just right which would be fixed with calibration.
