My experience was the manager here took away a young ladies shift on Tuesdays, as of yesterday, was very emotional for this young lady to be at a veterans memorial burial service, which happened to be her uncle, so she called to let her know that she would not be coming in and the manager had no empathy, compassion and just said “well you won’t be working on Tuesdays anymore and you will just have your one day! I guess we have become Hard in our hearts! Well, you know what they say about karma! Pray that this manager does not lose a loved one unexpectedLy.

Went to this Dunkin today for the 1st time and the last time. I tried to order thru the touch screen kiosk. I thought that I paid and was all set to go. I then went into the woman’s room. When I got out, I stood there to wait for my drink. The girl behind the counter made a coffee and put it out to be picked up. I went over to see if it was mine. She then, RUDELY, let me know that it was not my drink and my order didn’t go thru. I would have been ok with the situation, but her bad attitude was out of this world. She was so rude about it. She saw me at the touch screen and then saw me waiting for my drink, yet didn’t say anything. She had a smirk on her face as she was telling me that she didn’t have my drink order. I let her know that she was very rude and that I was glad my order didn’t go through because I don’t think I want her handling anything that I was going to eat or drink. Then, on my way out of the store, someone who seemed to be a regular customer decided to go off on me about rude customers (flipping me off and making really obscene body gestures). All I wanted was an iced latte. After reading the reviews for this location, I know I’m not the only one who has dealt with this horrible employee. She should be fired.

My cousin who mind you is 12 went in to pick up my mobile order with my sister and got very rude service. She heard my name get called and was confused because she couldn’t see my name on the ticket for order or the side of the cup. She asked if it was for me and a young girl was very snappy and rude. She was rolling her eyes constantly and being way too harsh towards her. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees other than her. I hope some day in the future she can learn what patience is.

I’m not sure why the girl behind the counter Sunday 10/10/21 was in a bad mood, seemed like it was because we got a semi large order, but we got 4 hash browns that were so cold like they went from refrigerator to bag, 5 sandwiches one had no meat in it and was ice cold, and the ones with bacon had little slivers of bacon. I live here seasonal and will not be visiting here again. This issue is just the first of many. Yes they are smaller issues but issues just the same. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
