at this specific Dunkin— Over $2 for a cup of water. I needed a little cup for my 3 year old. I also ordered a large on the app. They only gave me a medium and made me pay for another large to get a large. So paid basically $15 for a coffee, large refresher, medium refresher, and a cup of water. NOT happy at all.

Place should be shut down! 1 star was too much to give. The staff here is rude and will ignore customers in the store. They only value those at the drive through. I had attempted to go here a few weeks ago and decided to go in and place in order. I understand it was busy but we were NOT acknowledged. After waiting 10+ minutes in line I realized we were not going to be served. I had to raise my voice just to get someone’s attention. When I asked if someone would be up front to take my order, and not to mention the line inside was growing. I had been met with nothing but attitude and the remark that we are busy and drive through is priority. I immediately walked out as I couldn’t continue to wait. The staff have a terrible attitude and have NO business working with the public.

I’ve gone to this Dunks ever since I can remember, and throughout the years, it has gotten consistently worse. Most employees I have encountered rush you through your order when you place it at the speaker, which I find can be stressful. I understand it is a fast paced job and you want the line to move fast, but we are people not just cars in a line. One time when I got to the payment window, there was a trash can on the counter where they place our food before they hand it to us. The outside of the trash can looked gross and had goo all over it. Then, when I wanted to recieve my food, they took the trash can off the counter and didn’t even wipe it down before they put food on it. One time, I asked to pay for the two cars behind me because I knew them, and the employee said no because they were too busy, that just doesn’t make sense to me. They do get my order right usually so that is why I gave 2 stars.

Great service. Good taste. Sucks that the speaker is facing the traffic so I’m sure it’s hard for them to hear some orders. I hope some people understand that everyone is human. Those employees get yelled at and talk down. They’re so nice and always willing to re-make a beverage with no hassle. Love this DD!

There are a couple people working here who can be very curt. A little bit rude but also rush you for like no reason. One was blonde, maybe a manager. The other has dark hair and I think her ethnicity is Indian? Anyways I haven’t had great interactions with either person. Not all but a lot of the employees here seem to not care and aren’t very polite. Also I believe that manager was having a discussion regarding the other girls work performance like leaving early from work, right at the window. I didn’t even get a greeting, just my coffee and food shoved at me. It was pretty unprofessional. Then despite the food here normally being cooked decently and coffee made well, this time I had a literal like maybe cheese wrapper in my sandhwich. They made me a new one, no issue but likeeee…: mistakes happen but they didn’t seem too concerned tbh.
