Every time I go here the service is SUPER unfriendly. Monotone voice, and like they don’t want me to be there. Like I’m inconveniencing their day. Honestly, everyone has bad days, but this is consistent week after week. I literally get one coffee, I shouldn’t have you completely ignore me at the window all the time like you have better things to be doing. I won’t be going back here again. Your drive thru employees finally got what they want, less customers.

I went through drive through this morning and order my coffees and they didn’t have munchkins I was rushed and told to move forward to the window on the side of beech st so I did and when I asked politely if it’s ok if they add a jelly donut to the order because I was rushed the lady at the window told me no rudely and said we’re not allowed to add anything to your order and gave me and my husband coffees that had nasty stuff all over the coffee lids and side of the coffee and then when asked for a manager she refused and said she’s the manager she can do what ever she wants I told her have a good day never in my life have I ever met some one so rude

Friendly, quick, and convenient. This is a very busy Dukin Donuts shop, and they do a great job. If sometimes the table you want to sit at has some crumbs, grab a napkin and wipe it down. Because underneath, the store is clean, you are receiving your product quickly, and it is DD!

Gone to them numerous times cause of how close they are to home, they can’t make the most simple of drinks (strawberry dragonfruit refresher). They add 90% green tea and the rest flavor concentrate, they can’t make drinks good so I’d do my best to stay away from them. They’re donuts don’t even taste the same all the time either. Poor customer service skills at the window as well. Overall 2/10 for their effort.

“The manager” Becca is amazing, and the two food preps, adam and lexi are awesome and good cooks. The lady who works the front window in the mornings is by the book and always aims to get everything correct. Shes always professional. Overall this is my favorite dunks. I go every morning and maybe twice a year i have a issue with my order. Although thats only been when a new person made a mistake.

It’s a pretty good Dunkin. Very busy but they keep the lines moving fast. Only major complaint is it seems like they don’t wipe down the tables very often, as most of the times I go there they are covered in crumbs and there’s gum under the tables.
