As always, it is a hectic environment. The coffee drinks and breakfast sandwich were alright. However, I would like to know exactly the sourdough sandwich is supposed to be made. Sometimes, one egg , one sausage. Other times, two of both and sometimes two eggs and one sausage. It’s like no one is sure how to construct a damn sandwich. Isn’t there a chart or something to help clarify? In any case I’m sure I will find myself at another DD, although it’s usually just for convenience and not because I’m in love with DD.

No customer service. Went into lobby to order on 2/18/23 @ 2pm. Stood at counter for over 10 minutes. Not a single one of the 4 people behind the counter even looked in my direction. 2 were cleaning, one doing drive through, not sure what other was doing. I left after realizing no one was going to help me.

I worked years ago at the main store and had to go to the hospital outside of work. Manager who ran all three fired me because I knew by law aside from one other legal reasons ie hired with a disability with a job that is possible working with a pre-existing condition and doing the work. #You can not be fired at will in NH if you are actually in the hospital I was. I felt it was not appropriate knowing that is one of few things that in NH you are not supposed to if you choose not to. I did give notice and had paperwork. I was in recent years literally asked by the same if I wished to apply back in the area. Mgr said I was one of the better employees he had and would hire me. I declined after the above. I took an application but declined. (Did not fill out) one of very few employment laws protecting you in New Hampshire #It is not legal to do this. Would you? Physical limitations made me feel it would be not a good idea. Same mgr.

Customer service was awful. I was ordering food with my boyfriend and the person taking our order told me that I was ordering to fast for their “comfort” level. When we got up to the window they just put their hand out for payment and that’s it. They didn’t ask questions about signature drinks and gave us our food with the bag ripped open. Honestly this is the worst dunkin that I have ever been to.
