The signature cake batter latte is advertised as coming with chocolate drizzle and jimmies. Today mine was made with tons of cinnamon sugar powder, I was never asked if I wanted a substitute (I assumed they ran out of Jimmies and chocolate syrup since neither were on my coffee). My order was repeated back to me twice, so 3 times including my own, I open up my bag which had my 2 food items I ordered in it and to my surprise (NOT) I found a plain bagel not the everything I ordered, so I went back in and stood there for another 6 min waiting for a remake of my bagel, the staff working at 8am this morning 5/12 clearly weren’t happy to be re making my food because they voiced that loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. As I stood there I thought “oh this would be a great time to ask why my iced latte was the way it was” when I politely asked if they were still using chocolate syrup and Jimmies I was rudely answered by the same woman who “was in the middle of something and couldn’t remake my bagel” She responded and said yes chocolate drizzle and jimmies, and so I said do you have that? And she says if we do it would be on it and walked away. Was also told the bagels come toasted and that’s why my bagel wasn’t put in the toaster.

Loved DD, but this is the only DD that I have come to hate. Have been there a few times and each time I meet this lady staff (it’s like she is always there) can’t say or reply to a hello, snides under her breath, have to beg to be served by staff and sometimes mess up the order. Guess last time am going there. Can’t and won’t recommend this store.

Johnathan is my Grandsons age, and let me tell ya about this guy! He is the sweetest KID. Best smile in the whole place, always get my order right. Can you clone more of him at every Dunkin establishment? Hes crazy good looking too so probably get caught talking to all the ladies in the drive through that are trying to swoon him. Thank you for letting me vent about this awesome worker! Love you!

1 incompetent ‘manager’ + 1 incompetent ‘temp manager’= too many clowns in the kitchen. How is it that when 2 people with manager titles are physically in the Dunkins store that they can not handle customers coming into the lobby? I did a mobile order, my husband goes into the store to pick it up, and he is reprimanded by the temporary manager that he can’t be in there because the lobby is closed and to go in the drive thru. This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead as there was an insanely long drive thru line, but since the food was already paid for we had no choice but to wait in the line. Unfortunately this seems to be regular practice at this specific Dunkins. We saw multiple people park and try to walk in the lobby like normal, just to be locked out then get in their cars and leave. The managers don’t care about this. It makes their workload lighter and doesn’t affect their paycheck. The only managing being done here is to manage a way to get out of doing work. Looks like the circus is in town, and it’s here to stay.

I have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts since it opened I will never go there again the workers are so rude and don’t know how to make coffee coffee is old every time I went there they never had liquid sugar. Please do something about the staff I know it’s hard to find people to work but the young people don’t want to work they don’t know how lucky they are when I was a kid we would get $3.00 an hour

I go here almost everyday. Always a hit and miss. food is usually alright for the most part. BUT DRINKS these kids cant make a coffee for the life of them or there just rushing to give people awful products. My coffee looks and tastes degusting never mind the fact they cant even mix a drink properly. Asked for REGULER CREAM WITH LIQUID SUGAR lol .This is a brainless job even when rushed to fill orders but these people still fail to care about there work ethic.

I was so excited when Dunkin Donuts opened in Greenville NH.but my excitement quickly went to frustration. Orders were consistently incorrect. Store was either out of gift cards or envelopes for gift cards. Personnel would snipe at each other. I stopped buying at this store. It has been a few years and felt that there must be new people working there so I decided to give it a chance. I have been very sick and am confined to a wheelchair. I called the Greenville location to find out the price of 1 dz muffins. Instead of giving me the price I was told to call back they were very busy. In the time it took to tell me that she could have given me the price. Guess nothing has improved at Greenville NH Dunkin Donuts. Service is very bad. My money will go elsewhere.

Very uncleaned, the manager Amanda takes very crude packs proper management skills. Watching her belittle her coworkers is tough. I surprised to see the young lady making food sandwiches bounce back fourth from doing dishes I would applaude the multitasking tho I’m sure there is some cross contamination concerns. Halloween donuts look good when they actually get them done. Lack of management lack or wanting to be there, it shows. Burnt espresso, uncooked hashbrowns.
