Bought Ive Coffee with turbo and Ice water for .79. The older woman at the window when I pulled up didn’t speak, threw coffee at me and my half filled water. Spilt coffee on my blouse. Holy smokes! I said good morning and thanked her at least 3 times and crickets! Going to work dirty.

Usually this location is very good when a certain manager is working but the past few times Ive went have been more than frustrating. My girlfriend has to get no cheese on her sandwiches, we heard them mocking “no cheese” then her sandwich has cheese on it. We are regulars at this location and tip every time we go in. The past few times we have gone in for mobile pick up and have been standing at the counter for 7-10 minutes without being acknowledged or asked what we need. Just standing there waiting while all the workers look at us not saying a word… it wasn’t even busy. We finally got some of our order and we’re waiting on the 10 assorted munchkins, the worker asked us what assorted was. The past few time we have gone have been like this, terrible costumer service.

Bad service all around. Came here instead of McDonald’s now wishing we would have gone there instead. They kept forgetting what we had ordered and on top of that, when we pulled up to the window, they asked again what we had ordered. The lady came to the window and asked me about cream and sugar in my peppermint mocha, and I said I asked for the latte. She then was very rude and passively said well there’s a big price difference in that.

I ordered on the go walk in and the lobby was closed due to short staffing even though there were four employees inside. I proceeded to be directed to drive thru and waited over 45 minutes for a black coffee with 6 cars in front of me. This was the 553 Mast Rd. location in Goffstown, NH. Once in drive thru at this location there is no way to get out due to the set up. This was by far my worst experience with Dunkin.
