This used to be my go-to dunkin on my way to work but it’s very quickly gone downhill. Sandwiches made wrong, coffees under-filled, and inattentive/sometimes rude staff. Maybe it’s new hires but the energy I’m used to at this location is long gone. Sad.

I dont care for the food there to be honest. Not worth the money and bagels usually burnt. But coffee is ok, and I really like the punches like the strawberry dragon fruit and tropical punch energy drink.

This Dunks used to be good. Ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese, Biscuit Bites, Apple Juice and Half Dozen donuts for the guys at work. I go through the drive-thru and I’m handed a BACON, egg and cheese. No biscuit bites, no donuts and no apple juice. I tell the girl and another employee calls out, “we don’t carry those biscuit bites anymore.” Credit to the guy, he politely asked me what I’d prefer instead. I asked for 2 extra donuts. What did the other girl do? Shoved 8 donuts into a small bag (my half dozen + the 2 extra) and handed it to me. I was so flustered by that and the wrong sandwich that I drove away not realizing I never even got the apple juice.

No personality from the woman working the drive thru today. Pulled up to order and not only was their menu screen not working & completely black but, I was greeted with a miserable ‘what can I get you?’ Ordered my latte, got up to the window, again no personality, the woman didn’t even look at me when I was trying to hand her my card. She handed me my drink while staring at her register? Usually people make eye contact especially when they’re at work serving customers… guess that’s not the case here. ALSO, I’d like to add, I ordered a large ice water & was given a Medium (which yes, that’s annoying considering Dunkin actually charges for water) so, I essentially paid more for a smaller size.

When I went in this morning I was served a frozen egg on my wrap. Went inside to get a throughly cooked egg. The crew member made a stereotype statement and said I like my bacon “extra crispy”. Why did she say that AFTER I told her my egg was frozen. I told her she shouldn’t make statements like that, my EGG was frozen never said anything about the bacon. Then she did not like what I had to say to her RACIST self. She then told me I’m not getting my wrap or my money back. . . Try that again. You HAVE to refund me. Then she THREW MY $4 on the counter instead of handing me my money like I handed it to her before she served me a UNCOOKED egg.

Customer service was horrible and slow. The drive thru was catered to, stood there for an excessive amount of time waiting for 3 drinks. Then a worker started to mumble comments about us standing there staring. So rude. Staff clearly needs training or an overhaul. Where is the professional leadership.
