Waited 20 minutes for a refresher. Other customers who came later were served. I waited 20+ minutes and said something. The lady just complained instead of assisting the problem. Long story short I didn’t complain but really I had places to be it wasn’t busy everyone was just lazy and taking things slow. In the end I got my refresher made of complete ice…

I visited this location mid-afternoon in the middle of the week. I think there was only one car in the parking lot. I entered the drive though and was behind 3 other vehicles. The wait time was very long. When it was my turn to order, no one greeted me for at least a minute. I finally said “hello?” before hearing that they’d be right with me. I placed a simple order, one iced drink and a food item. Got to the window to pay and was given the drink with no straw. They went to go make the food item, waited at least two minutes for it. I had to ask for a straw and also for napkins. This is not the first time I’ve had poor service at this location.

This used to be my go to because I am local but in the last 6 months or so, the staff is different every time I go in there and they are more concerned with throwing the wrong order out the window at you so they can finish their conversation than actually doing their job. It is not always the case so I have kept it to myself but after my last bad experience here, I will be going out of my way to Latte Love for a slightly more expensive, better tasting, better quality experience from people who actually appreciate their customers.

Went through the drive-thru ordered two french vanilla iced coffees when I got them and tasted them it was watered down it tasted sour I expected nice smooth flavor of the coffee but it tastes like it’s been sitting out for two weeks then refrigerated and paying Three something for coffee I expected it to be good not watered down and sour I’m not coming back to this location and this ain’t the first location that made me bad coffee but the donut was decent but it was not fresh.

Horrible will never go there again was there about 20 minutes ago girl had a horrible attitude didn’t make the coffee right orderef some beagle twist she threw them out the window and they were ice cold. Terrible for business when there are so many other dunkin’s around

This is the worse location In the state. They can’t make a coffee, they keep hashbrowns in the warmer for hours until they’re small little hockey pucks chocking hazards when u pass a bag back to a child, they don’t appreciate loyal customers, they’re cheap cheap always skimping on coffee and counting pennies. Short staffed bc management is just unfriendly and always have a attitude and a stank face. And probably also short staffed bc they’re cheap.

Horrible… made me the wrong coffee then when I pointed it out she explained to me after she ran out of the flavor that I liked.. then ask for a sandwich and the person behind me got hers before i got mine and the service is very slow but food tasted good
