I was there at 5 am they opened a few minutes late , no big deal, the lady who took my order was sweet. But the rude azz older black woman needs a new job, I’m black through and through, just straight miserable energy and had the audacity to tell me not to sit on the table when there was NO F’N chairs???! Then after I spent my money on that overpriced ham and cheese they wouldn’t even let me use the restroom. Dunkin is horrible at this location other than one nice young lady.

They don’t know how to make coffee they will literally fill your iced coffee just with pure ice and little to barely any coffee. It tastes nasty! I refuse to pay $5 for a cup of ice! I went back and asked for less ice and they gave me less ice and less coffee because “they already have their own portions” This is ridiculous

I went in to get coffee and ice tea for a homeless man ,the server looked at me as weird as you can,she wouldn’t look at the homeless man. I noticed there’s no chairs only tables not very appealing,I as the server,why there’s no chairs? She looked at me again as if she she wanted to look at the man ,then answer because of the area! . I think they should have a little more respect for their customers . We should always remember that homeless person could be us. I don’t think I would go there again

A message for the franchisee of this particular location. PLEASE invest in some job training for your employees! I can’t fathom how someone can ask me for my very ordinary coffee order FOUR times, and STILL mess it up. But it’s happened here too many times. It takes longer for the front counter to take my order on Sunday than it does for me to drive home. Today was the last time though. Not like my $6.00 coffee order once a week will make or break you, but I’ll never again order a coffee from this location. I’ve never felt so much frustration than when I’m trying to order 2 coffees here. Please train your personal, before you lose even more business. I literally walked in after driving BACK to your location today, and just left my coffee on the counter. Didn’t even want a refund. Just wanted to make sure the person at the front counter on 8/28 at 830am knew just how unhappy I was. Don’t have a good day, have a great day!

I only insist on being a repeating customer because the nice lady inside I believe her name is January always makes my coffee right, is pleasant, and starts my day off great. But lately I’ve been encountering someone who looks like the owner, he’s dressed in a button up and slacks never in uniform. He is very rude, makes me feel like I am an inconvenience to his time and his business. I recently asked the price of an item and I guessed it and his was response was “something like that idk.” If you’re the owner or manager shouldn’t you know or atleast check the prices of any item. Unfortunately I will continue to go there but if anyone doesn’t want a bad experience I suggest you don’t visit.
