Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when I asked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and kept throwing dirty looks at me and my husband in the car. Overall awful experience.. will not be returning to this Dunkin.

Good but my mom can only drink decaf so I ask them to make sure and sad but true they have said it was decaf when in fact they really didn’t know. Or you get attitude. But most of the time you get the honest “Yes” or “I’m not sure let me remake it.” That’s all I ask for is the truth because it is important and I tip well.

July 9, 2020 around 7ish am my husband went through drive thru for iced caramel swirl coffee. Husband gave the girl $5 for a $3 and change coffee, husband tells her “keep the change” her reply “oh okay” NO THANK YOU!! My husband said “your welcome”, she gave him a weird look, I guess she didn’t get the sarcasm. My husband gets home and it’s NOT even what he ORDERED! He tells me what he gave for a tip and what happened so I said “well I’m calling” of course the number listed

WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unprofessional staff (swearing in front of customers) and long wait times. Even though I already ordered online 10 minutes before I went to pick up, I still had to wait another 15 minutes in the store because the staff didn’t even make my order yet.
