It’s terrible how inconsistent the coffee always is. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes it’s terrible. Today was extremely terrible. I got a medium ice toasted almond with all the milk. And instead, I got water with a little bit of coffee. It’s sad that people don’t care enough, Even if you hate your job, you should still do a good job and remake the coffee. Cause that’s what you’re, therefore. The coffee should of been remade. You can tell that it wasn’t coffee.

Ordered two sweet black pepper bacon sandwiches and the lady rings them up, then as we get to the window she hands us our sandwiches on bagels when we asked for croissants, then I tell her we wanted them on croissant’s she then tells us she forgot to tell us they didn’t have any. Do you not think to tell us that before you charge us and hand us the sandwiches. She was rude as hell after I had asked. This Dunkin is trash.

Came in today for some coffee for the family. Was attended by Evin who went out of his way to make recommendations and make a pup-cup for our little one. Normally Dunkin employees don’t interact much. He did. Give this kid a raise!

Don’t expect your bread to be toasted unless you ask for it extra extra extra well done and even then you’ll be lucky if the other side is cooked at all, like you see here in this photo taken after I went back a second time….they are always out of something I ask for..They stopped selling the beyond breakfast sandwich all together. Why?? The staff is very nice, but they really do not pay attention.

This dunkin is absolutely the worst service i’ve ever received in MY LIFE. they simply do NOT care about fatal food allergies at ALL. I hope it doesn’t take a serious/fatal incident to occur for them to learn that’s not something to brush aside and fight about!

consistently they will get orders in correct, everything is sloppily made and thrown together, servers are rude when you point out your order is wrong, feels like a gas station Dunkin’ Donuts which it is. I would avoid and go to one further down the street

I love this Dunkin I stop 5 days a week staff is so nice my coffee is perfect every morning. One morning they were temporarily out of French Vanilla swirl and offered a few different options which I tried one and she even offered to wait and let me try it before I drove away just Incase I didn’t like it and wanted to try something else. Plus the line is always so fast I’m running late 99.9% of the time and always stop because I know I will never be waiting to long even if the line is out of the lot.

I ask for an great one. Large was entered. No dark roast available so I compromised and payed extra for a large instead of a compromised great one with a turbo shot. Then it was argued that I said large because that is what was entered. A clear mistake and no listening to a calm and compromising customer. Been coming here for ever and never order a large. Always a great one.

I asked for an iced tea with 2 sugars and lemon. Pretty simple. Yet, it was made wrong twice. I drove down the street and had a different Dunkin remake it. I wasn’t gonna have them make it a third time. Won’t go there again if you can’t make a simple, plain, iced tea.
