Ordered a Bacon E&C Bagel sandwich the Bagel was undercooked and extremely doughy had to put it in the oven when I got home. And I ordered an X-Large coffee and the coffee was stale and tasted horrible my wife also ordered a plain bagel it was too undercooked and coffee was the same. It was a waste of 14 dollars not to mention the 9 people who were behind the counter and not one smile not one good morning just a bunch of miserable faces and one bragging about how she cussed out customers cause she don’t play that blah blah blah!!!!!!! It was disgusting, if this is a training store whoever is training these kids has a lot to learn themselves. NEVER AGAIN!

By far the worst Dunkin experience and I’ve been to so many locations, the bread on the avocado toast was not toasted at all, our sandwich croissant was not toasted, the bacon was cold and pink (didn’t look cooked at all) it was two young girls working yesterday afternoon and these girls were literally just serving uncooked food, literally just slicing bread and serving it, nothing was cooked.

I guess because it was “ free donuts” today they give you whatever they feel like. My husband ordered a hot coffee and a Boston cream pie donut and he got a vanilla frosted with sprinkles! It was also stale. I understand work shortages & applaud all who work ( particularly dealing with the public) but this? Just say sorry we’re out of them can I get you something else. Sometimes people just don’t care.

Ever since my last bad experience, things have been a bit better here. I primarily order the same thing everytime I come here. Cold brew with less ice and 4 sugars and 3 creams. Their service are getting better. Usually coming here I hear some of the workers would constantly bad mouth customers as I understand their frustration. I do believe it’s very unprofessional for me as a customer to hear. Although I give no problems it makes me wonder what they think about me being a frequent customer.
