If you’re open until 10pm then have your employees stay open until 10pm. I drove from a long distance to get a coffee I arrived at 9:50pm only to have an employee hide in the back while they were dumping their mop bucket, I said hi are you closed? And I’m a loud person naturally .. I get no response so I said it again louder, only to be completely ignored I had to ask the gas station employee and he had the nerve to say yea, their closed I said online says 10 pm he shrugs his shoulders and rolls his eyes .. seriously if your not gonna be polite you might as well ignored me to.

I hate talking bad about restaurants but this has to be said…I waited in the drive-thru 20+ minutes and only ordered a small coffee. When I got to the window the kids inside were goofing about people waiting and had me wait almost another 10 minutes. Extremely rude like they could careless. Then the kicker was the coffee tasted horrible. Wasn’t even what I ordered. I know it’s not an easy business to be in but 1 small coffee shouldn’t take 30 minutes.

Coffee always delicious. Older woman with blonde hair(not the manager) bat attitude . I needed to use the restroom and she rudely told me she didn’t want me going in because she just sprayed the bathroom, and that a customer went in there who wasn’t supposed to . I understand she joking just cleaned, but , I wasn’t going to make a mess and was about ready to have accident . She rudely responded I really don’t want you in there. She not only embarrassed me , and her attitude was unessasary . I will not visit this location again . Good coffee poor customer service

Consistently the slowest Dunkin’ you’ll ever go to. Any day of the week, any time it always takes 20+ minutes to get through the drive though. I’m not sure what it is about this place but it’s always so SLOW!
