Simple, quick, and no pressure. The attendant was pleasant, which is something that isn’t all that common in quick service establishments. Had no trouble using the app as well.

I went in for a quick grab of donuts and some breakfast. I asked for the French crullers. The kid helping me stated that they don’t sell them anymore…but really meant to say they aren’t getting enough stock of it. She was nervous and I was quite ok with the response. But boy that manager in there probably could use some “management skills” while correcting her employee…the poor kid was so embarrassed.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee. You did not feel rushed you could enjoy your drink. We will be returning soon.

Asked for a “plain bagel toasted, easy on the cream cheese”. This is what I get. Hardly any cream cheese. Couldn’t even finish it. There was so little cream cheese, you couldn’t even taste it.

The workers here are absolutely miserable all the time. They interrupt you while you’re trying to order and then our surprise when your order is wrong. And they hand you your coffee without even shaking or stirring it so everything is at the bottom and they take forever to make one coffee. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Coventry.

What a horrible bunch of food I got here. Everything was cold, gross, or tasting terrible. I don’t know why they took off the “Donuts” in Dunkin Donuts because the donut is the only thing they do okay. They do use a legit almond milk so almond milk lattes aren’t terrible but the espresso? That’s another story.
