This place is trash. Waited 10 minutes in line and watched 5 employees just talking to each other. They never took my order. I asked them to take my order and they said “oh sorry we’re busy.” Worst dunkin doughnuts I’ve ever been to. With rude snotty workers. I have no idea what the manager was doing but there seemed to be no one in charge. A bunch of kids standing around doing nothing. I WOULD BE EMBARRASED IF THIS WAS MY COMPANY!

It was never good since it opened the taste is sub par comparatively to most others. Also takes well over 5-10 min just for a coffee if there is more than two cars. Before Covid fast food used to be fast. Seems like Covid replaced all fast food employees with ones that don’t care but are hired because no one else wants to work still.
