Should’ve stopped at the cold bread. I’m not kidding. This place charges on average between $22-45 a plate $18+ for drinks– and they serve cold, rock hard bread with your choice of single serving diner butter or plain low quality “olive oil”. I’m not a complainer when it comes to food, but I was completely underwhelmed. Especially for the price tag. I took my boyfriend here for a nice date in the city–we both kept sharing looks over the table at the ridiculousness of it all. Our waitress was very kind and attentive but that’s were the good ends. I already mentioned the cold cement bread but that was followed by a doughy cheese ravioli served in an ENTIRE PAN which had a back of the freezer flavor; and a sea food platter which had scallops, and lobster, squid, and salmon– I don’t eat meat but my partner (who is very much the type to go with the flow) said everything was tasteless and chewy except the salmon. And I’m on a roll so allow me to nitpick for a second: they have plastic glasses (not what you’d expect at a pricey restaurant) but it makes sense because the tables are so small and packed together that imagine it’s common for a passerby to knock into a corner and send glasses careening. The bathrooms were amusement park level disgusting (which I understand has alot to do with the patrons but their toilets, when flushed, created a typhoon that sends dirty water splashing 2ft away from the basin. So yup…avoid this place if you can.

The workers are rude to their customers. They give attitude to their customers rush them when they are ordering their food and drinks. This isn’t a one time thing it is a recurring thing with mainly 1 of the workers.

Ohhhh. The Hot chocolate was disgusting. We parked there for about 1/2 hour while visiting the Autumn fest… Thought I give a nice tip, for kind of letting us park there ( I’m sure they didn’t notice)… Ugh… It was mostly waterish chocolate….

Donna would prefer not to help customers waiting. She would rather walk back and forth ignoring the line. Her only interaction with the customers is to smile after sneaking a munchkin into her mouth. And this is not an isolated event.

Never have I ordered food there that has come out correctly. Today asked for a chicken bacon sandwich with honey mustard-got a ham egg and cheese. Just annoying. Try to avoid this particular Dunkin.
