Once I placed my simple order it was another few minutes. Not the best DD. They were better at their old location.

They didn’t close for another half hour but everything was basically cleaned up and put away. No donuts for my nephews and the iced coffee taps were done for the night so I had to get hot. No biggie but they should try and hold off on closing things down early.

Honestly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The employees are so slow and they act as if they’re just hanging out. I had to wait 5 minutes for a medium hot coffee (nothing special about it!) because the one person that makes the drinks was waiting on a dine in customer. I meanwhile, the girl that takes drive thru orders is just standing there singing and dancing and the girl that hands out the food at the drive thru was counting her tips. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait for a very small and very basic order. Management needs to get a better handle on the operations and find some efficiencies. I’m going to start driving out of my way to avoid this Dunkin.

I’m surprised by all the bad reviews. I just got a hash brown, a pancake sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap, & a large hot coffee & all three were one of, if not the best I’ve gotten from a Dunkin. Coffee was perfect as well as the food. It was so good I decided to leave this review & came across all these bad ones. Guessing the eye rolling chick wasn’t working today

I have never seen such laziness and outright rudeness in my life. I placed a mobile order and when i arrived, of course its not ready. I proceed to the register to tell them and a girl takes out a donut from the case and proceeds to eat it while talking to me. She then proceeds to go out back and dissapear for a good 5-10 minutes before making my drink. She then forgot the cream cheese for my bagel and when i brought it up she rolled her eyes, went out back again, and was laughing with the other girl and trash talking me. I understand this is dunkn and the service is usually shoddy but i have never seen such arrogance.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but I am sick of being treated badly by employees after showing nothing but respect and patience to them. This Dunkin is an absolute mess. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my coffee that was made wrong. I was then waited on by somebody who was so rude. Didn’t even bother to say you’re welcome after I thanked her for my coffee and proceeded to roll her eyes. Nothing but attitude in ever word she said. It’s not that hard to be nice to people. You never know what other people are going through. I understand customer service is a hard job… I’ve worked in customer service myself at two different Dunkin’ Donuts…. But that doesn’t give you the right to treat people with disrespect even on bad days. If you can’t handle public service then don’t do it. I’m sick of these younger people getting jobs at Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. all these customer service related places and then treating you like garbage. I am never one to complain about service but this was just ridiculous. I’ve been here multiple times since moving to Raynham and every single time I’ve been greeted by the same thing. Long wait, wrong order, and rude staff. And then they expect to be tipped. Lol seriously…

I rarely post reviews anywhere, especially negative ones. I feel bad even posting this, but this is the worst Dunkin around. This morning I ordered a large iced coffee, a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and hash browns through the drive-thru. Pretty simple stuff. I received my coffee and was told to pull up and wait for my food, which I’ve done before and it’s no big deal. I waited 15 minutes for a WAKEUP WRAP AND HASHBROWNS. I knew at that point they must’ve forgotten about me, so I went in to ask about my food, and let them know I’ve been waiting 15 minutes, not in a rude way, but just so they know that i was forgotten. The girl behind the counter searched around where the drive thru window was, and found it, gave it to me and didn’t apologize or anything. Just handed it to me like I had just ordered it. I get back in my car and ALSO realized they made my coffee wrong (I hadn’t taken a sip of it yet until I got my food). I didn’t bother going back in at that point. I’ll also mention this isn’t the first time I’ve waited a super long time for anything there either, there was another time I waited a whole half hour in the drive thru. I’ve learned my lesson, and will never go back to this location again.

This location is literally the worst. Coffee is almost never made correctly. Food is either cold or completely different than what you ordered, and the customer service is probably the worst of all. Staff is not friendly, dismissive, not attentive whatsoever. Employees will literally ignore you while you are standing at the front counter waiting to place an order. No acknowledgement, no smile, no nothing. They will just continue to act like you aren’t there. And the conversations they have while you are waiting 15 mins for your order are vulgar and inappropriate. Drive thru will at least take 10 mins…went there today and it took 20 mins for a large coffee and a sandwich. 20 MINUTES. This store is awful. Avoid at all costs if possible.
