The customer service is absolutely terrible. They have a rude attitude. There machines freeze, and don’t even work when paying. And most of the machines to make most popular drinks are “broken”. The employees don’t even know the names of certain drinks. When I asked for a raspberry watermelon refresher that they literally had on a sign, he said to me as if I was stupid “Sorry can’t make that.” or in other words “Didn’t have it.” TERRIBLE. Avoid that location.

Yet another NO LESS than 20 minutes process to get through the drive thu on any given morning. You’d think the drive thru would be IN AND OUT… Most places it is, not Dunkin. Do not stop if you don’t have 30 minutes to waste. It’s crazy that they can’t get 4 cars thru in under 20 minutes unless it’s SUPER late at night. And then you run into “the ovens are off for cleaning” here an hour or more before closing. So, no wait, but no toasted food either. It’s sickening. If I didn’t have a gift card from Christmas, I wouldn’t even stop.

Charged twice from the app. Went to the store and manager told me she called the district manager ( I dont think she did, only gone for 2 minutes) and it’s not their problem it’s an app problem. She said she can’t lose $30 cause we were charged twice. Never going to this one again. Always have issues everytime my husband and I go to this one
