Refused to make a fresh batch of frozen coffee with almond milk. Something about other peoples nut allergy, how’s that our problem? Just make a fresh batch, clearly label it, and wash the blender, problem solved. Laziness, but atleast they were honest about not wanting to do it. That’s why you’re getting 3 stars and not 1. Other Dunkin’s serve us coffee with milk when we pay for Almond milk and My girlfriend is lacktoast and tolerant..she can’t handle milk!

This has to be absolutely the worst DD in the South Coast. Always getting orders wrong. Today I got two iced coffees both with less ice one was a low on coffee so I asked if I could get more coffee. There response was well you ordered less ice so the amount of coffee changes. Now both coffee were ordered with less iced but 1 was full the other was 3/4 full.

Never had trouble with this DD before. They’ve always gotten my orders right and the employees are generally good natured (if you are polite to them). If they do make a mistake, cut these guys some slack, they are ridiculously busy.

I can’t express my frustration enough towards people who are just simply ignorant. Today was “Free Medium Iced Coffee Day with a purchase.” Or at least it was supposed to be. I ordered a medium iced caramel swirl black and an English muffin. I get to the window and they stated $5.60. I had them scan my card (I am a member) and had a balance of $5.19. She then proceeds to say I owe 41 cents. I was very confused because it shouldn’t have been that much. The “rude” manager comes over and says I’m paying for swirl and butter. I said $5.60 worth of swirl and butter? I left with nothing being resolved. They took $5.19 from my account and today I did not get a free medium iced coffee. This review is to reflect on the workers that clearly don’t know what they’re doing with this promotion. I will attach a photo of the “butter” I paid for.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Dunk Donuts establishment. The franchise owner of this Dunkin is giving all of Dunkin a bad name. Upon arrival the indoor dining room was closed with no sign or reason. We then get back in our car and get to the drive through. We tried ordering Pineapple mango refresher and was then told “it was not in stock” then tried to order a pumpkin coffee and that was also not “available”. The list goes on and on. We then finally make it up to the pickup window and the employees are running around with their heads cut off going crazy. They couldn’t use our giftcard because “it didn’t have a barcode”. The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves
