This Dunkin’ at 3021 Acushnet Avenue loves to throw any donut you get into the bag upside down so that any and all topping stick to the bottom. They just don’t really care, which I get, but if I didn’t care at work Id’ be terminated. Impossible to find half-way decent customer service these days.

Horrible experience . Sopposidly the warmer wasn’t working & the drive thru line took 20 minutes to get a iced coffee this morning! A sign should have been placed outside alerting drive thru customer’s of the inconvenience. I will never go there again unless I hear from the owner and get compensated for the most horrible, stressful experience !

Just learned donuts are fried. They are out of the donuts I like in the afternoon why don’t they restock earlier. Not very healthy so I have it once in a while. Coolatta recommend only as a treat lots of sugar in it.

This place is terrible. You would be lucky to get a decent order from this place, or to even get your bread half toasted. Oh did you want a chocolate covered donut ? They will make sure to throw it in the bag faced down so that you can peel it off and enjoy whatever frosting is left on it that that isn’t sticking to the bottom of the bag still. Its sad that i put myself through the misery of having to order here sometimes and pray that i can get a decent breakfast, since its my only option when I don’t have the time to go to the other end of the city. I would suggest only ordering Coffee from this place and even then they will manage to mess that up as well sometimes.

Can’t stand when the person taking your order consistently speaks over the customer. Also can’t stand when I get to the window and I’m looking at my order just sitting there while they take and fill the order of the two or three cars behind me before they give me mine. Definitely in need of better training.

The employees were really nice but they were in such a rush that they started my order WHILE I WAS STILL TELLING THE CASHIER HOW I WANT IT! The woman who made my coffee didn’t hear me tell the cashier liquid sugar so she put in regular sugar and I asked for extra caramel and she didn’t hear that either. She ended up having to waste time by remaking it. They were nice and the establishment was clean but the employees need to slow down a bit and wait for the orders to be finished before making the coffee. I know this is a fast pace company but if I’m paying $3 for a coffee I want it to be the way I ordered it.

Little bit of chaos this morning, busy and noticed multiple wrong orders for guests, one guy was waiting a long time for a bagel and crossiant. My order was correct. But felt bad for other guests. Looked overwhelming for the staff.
