I’d give no stars if could! This place is horrible! They either don’t know what they are doing or they are robbing you by not giving back your change and arguing they don’t owe you change or taking your points and charging you anyway when you call and talk to upper management they try to dance around giving you what they literally took from you and when they finally agree it’s was their mistakes ( there’s been a few) they send you a gift card for less then they robbed you for in the first place! I will never go here again I don’t trust them! Probably pocketing what they steal from each of us I will bring my visitors a place with better customer service better management who I can trust!

Rude customer service this morning. Guy taking the order was unfriendly. I ordered My coffee and 2 donuts when I went Outside and opened the bag the Boston cream I ordered was sideway all over the bag and on the other donut most of the chocolate was off the donut because like stated it was everywhere else.

I often have no choice but to use this Dunkin as I have to have others pick up for me and this is the one they happen to pass on the way to my house as I use Mobile Ordering. Let me just say, THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE DONUTS AND OFTEN ANY OTHER FOOD ITEMS!!! Then people will use the excuse of how small the food items are listed or how they are printed. NO EXCUSE! That should just make u more carefully observant, not to mention there are many other Dunkins and they dont seem to ALWAYS forget the donut or food items! Because of this one Dunkin I am probably owed about 2 and half to 3 DOZEN donuts. I didn’t used to put in a complaint with with the apps customer care as it was usually only a couple bucks. But today was the last time, especially nowadays with the rise of inflations, every penny really counts.I just don’t get WHY MANY AT THIS DUNKIN CANT SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT. I wish I had another Dunkin on the way to my home so I could send my order elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars and not just 1 is because there are some people there I do like that do work hard and I am grateful to even have the options we have these days.

The attitude I get from one specific employee (Savannah) at this location was so bad today it has made me change Dunkins completely. If you do not like your job find another. This isn’t the first morning I have received such awful attitude but today’s was my final straw. Most of the workers are fine at this location but this one in particular definitely sets the tone for a miserable morning. Good luck to her in the customer service industry.

I went through the drive up shortly before 6am this morning Thursday 10/9/21. I ordered a xlg hot, xtra, xtra, with Butter Pecan swirl. I asked for the senior citizen discount and the young man at the window said “sorry hun” I don’t have that. Fine, he handed me my coffee. I had to ask for a napkin as I was in a cab and didn’t want to spill. 1 napkin, Really? He gave me my card and parking without a receipt. I got home, took one sip and gagged! I abhor pumpkin. Been going to this DD for almost twenty years on a daily basis. Over the last two weeks the service has gotten bad and I don’t know why and today I just wanted a sandwich and coffee. Took over five minutes to find out that my order was ignored my the employees. Then when I told them I didn’t want it and I wanted my money back the employees proceed to to give me a attitude and start to talk badly about me and other customers. I will never go there again and nor will any family members after this. I’m extremely dissappointed and the manager heard it all and did nothing or said nothing about it. Never had a issue all theses years going there and never have I wrote a review on any company in my life but I was so bothered by this.
