Wish the cold brew wasn’t always watery every time I come the cold brew isn’t made the correct way . The cold brew should be darker and bolder than the regular iced coffee but instead it’s more watered-down. Another problem is the lady’s that work in drive-thru should learn to be more kind to the customers that are nice and tip them there’s no reason to be rude to people for no good reason. Oh and back to the cold brew try mixing it with less water you will get more customers

I normally do not post any reviews on anything. However seeing that during this time is not busy and it wasn’t busy when I arrived I need to post this. I placed an order for a caramel frozen drink that has whipped cream. I pre ordered online and it clearly says whip cream. I pull up and said I have an online order and there was already a tone on the other end. She hands me the frozen drink with the whipped cream and she said is not in the sticker so you don’t get it. I tell her it was an online order and it was on there and she said of you didn’t ask is not going on. My online order clearly states it but instead of sitting there arguing with ignorant incompetent employees I drove off even though I had proof that the request was most definitely on the order. The Milliken Dunks is spot on and their customer service impeccable so far, they would have been like, let me check and just add it. Good Customer service is not so common. Annoyed and will not go back to that store.

A gentleman was seemingly bending over to get a Red Bull from the store and the person with a backwards cap and blue shirt on Aug 14 2023 was making remarks about his underwear showing I presume. It was so loud I could hear it from the other side of the store. She was saying the worst things about the poor guy he wasn’t doing anything but looking for something to drink not even from that below level Dunkin Donuts. Why was she not wiping down those dirty counters instead of looking and making disgusting remarks about the other stores male customers and patreons? If this is how Dunkin Donuts at Rodman st treats people then they will have to explain in court why it is okay for them to be making remarks about underwear while clocked in. I didn’t know people get paid by Dunkin Donuts to bully people that never bought from them or bothered them. That is just sick!!

Last night on August 14th around 10pm there was a woman wearing a blue Dunkin Donuts shirt and backwards black hat harassing customers of the convenient store. She was extremely loud bullying customers with her Dunkin Donuts mic on during work hours. It was a very loud and aggressive atmosphere, it felt scary being in there. There are much better Dunkin Donuts in Fall River to go where you will not be bullied and embarrassed without cause. It seems this location hires anybody now a days. This bully of a worker is getting paid to harass individuals unwarranted that aren’t even buying donuts she probably exposed to germs because she is so loud yelling all over the food. Horrible experience! I am traumatized!

This Dunkin Donuts is connected to a convenience store. I was at the convenience store part purchasing a beverage when I heard “that is what I hate seeing”, “that is disgusting”, “that’s nasty” very loudly. The lady working at the Dunkin Donuts counter with her ponytail and backwards cap was making these remarks about me bending over to purchase a beverage (not even from Dunkin Donuts). I was there around 9:30-10 pm on 08/14/23. I was bullied, heckled and harassed for minding my own business not even shopping at Dunkin Donuts. I plan to forward this incident to corporate as I did not feel safe at this location due to the loud harassment.
