This place blows. They have a person taking ur order who can barely speak English they take 20 minutes to give u ur food whoever runs that dunkin deserves to get smacked with how poorly it is run.

One of the worst Dunkin Donuts on Cape Cod. Quality of the coffee and food is always awful. And I can tell for sure that the cup that I got today was a rebrew. And other words they never changed the coffee grounds out they just ran water through it again. Maybe pay people living wage and they’ll care about their job

I would like to give more stars because the two girls working here were actually really really nice but the food was downright disgusting. I got hash browns, bagel bites, and a breakfast sandwich; all which were extremely stale and cold. I ordered a coffee that was made with sweet and low after I just asked for it “sweetened.” That was gross. I also ordered a coke that I never received but I had already waited so long that I wasn’t about to turn back after leaving. Again, nice staff but my order was wrong, incomplete and the food was old/stale. It sucks to pay for an order like this.

Extremely long wait, didn’t get my medium iced 5 pumps caramel swirl cream no sugar coffee right. Instead got 1 caramel swirl reg sugar and cream and they forgot my munchkins. I ordered face to face because they couldn’t hear me at the speaker but it didn’t matter still didn’t get the order right.

Google assures me Massachusetts has the highest average iq in the country. My trip to the cape has me questioning how this was determined. The simpleton working the drive through didn’t understand what milk was after describing it multiple times. When getting my order and not receiving the milk the girl looked at the receipt and assured me she handed me the bottle of milk. She did not. 0/10 would not recommend.

Incredibly slow service, especially in drive thru. Several different visits I spent 15 minutes or more in line and the cars didn’t move at all. Pulled out and left before making it to the speaker. Go down the street by the animal hospital instead

The speaker was way to low to hear my order in the rain. With that being said I love this dunks. The two boys working early Saturday morning are so sweet & efficient. Coffees were good and right!! Ty guys

Can’t get an order correct to save their lives! Not sure if this is a newly opened restaurant. It does look new. The drive thru is unconventional and not worth it if there are more than a couple of cars ahead of you. I ordered a hot latte and a bagel with sausage and egg and made sure my order was correctly displayed. My number came up, the lady said “sausage and egg on a bagel”. I get to my car set off and it’s a croissant. Hey ho that’s Dunkin for you I suppose. The coffee was only just hot enough to be called hot coffee. My everyday local Dunkin in Apollo Beach gets it right every time. Suppose I should slow down and unwrap my order and taste the coffee before assuming I have the right stuff – really!

This place is horrible I ask for a toasted bagel with cream cheese on it also a medium iced coffee with cream and extra sugar + turbo shot and I received a non toasted bagel without cream cheese n an iced coffee with just cream and sugar!! I feel like it’s no longer about what I want it all about what your horrible employees feel like doing. I have this problem with every Dunkin donuts I go to anymore I really think that your employees need to go through some more training about customer service!!!
