I love this location they are always happy and friendly service. No matter what time of the day you go you will always be greeted with a smile! The employees love there job here. While leaving to work and stopped in for my coffee. It starts off with the cashier saying good morning and personalizes it to each customer. After taking my order I was greeted by the server who is just as friendly? Handing me my items and sending me off with a smile! The staff Rocks here!

I stood there for 20 minutes after putting my order in. The woman behind the counter used bad whipped cream and had to remake my order. It happens. She then proceeded to forget about my coffee because a friend came in so she made hers first. Annoying, but fine. She started taking and making other orders. Then started cleaning and doing other tasks. When she finally remembered my order, there was no apology or explanation. Just handed me my drink, and went back to doing what she was doing. Will not come here again.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to, the lady in the drive through window was very rude and had my order completely wrong. Had I not checked the bag I would have left with the wrong items. When explaining to her what items I was missing she dismissed me and did not give me the items I missed. I did not receive a receipt so I don’t even know if I was over charged.
