Walked in and dog was inside with a patron going up to customers. Certainly not a service dog which I would have no problem with. I love dogs, have one of my own but would never bring in to a restaurant, thankfully I am not afraid of dogs. Customer service was not polite, advised me how she prefers I order my coffee because of the noise behind the counter and wearing a headset it is easy not hear what I am asking for, then proceeded to give me a hot instead of iced coffee telling me how I did not say iced. Tossed in trash and wasted my money

Let me start by saying, if I go inside this dunkin, I have no issues at all. Every time I go thru this drive thru they tell me I’m all set, I pay, and leave without checking cuz I trust too easily. Every time something is missing or wrong. Today, I ordered a wake up wrap and a sandwich with a cold brew. I got an iced coffee with 2 coffee rolls. Yall weren’t even busy. Shame on me for not looking, but im used to dunkin being reliable enough. I definitely don’t recommend this drive-thru

Whenever I’m in the area, this is where I come. Only Dunks that get your order correct every time & staff are friendly, which is always nice. Not usually backed up for very long, unlike the Starbucks across the hwy,with lines wrapping around the Italian restaurant-for coffee? Come on!

Clean lobby tables bathrooms couple nice employees but one in particular was picking on he’s nose a few times I was just waiting to see if he touches my food cuz I was going to ask for my money back desgusting make me sick just think he make a sandwich to someone .

Worst service with no management and extremely rude staff!! I Ordered a blueberry muffin at the drive thru and when I got to the window they informed me they did not have any blueberry muffins. So I requested my money back and they rudely said they can’t open the draw. So I said then give me a gift card for what I paid she refused that also. She said she would leave the manager a note. So I paid for something I never received. If the staff can’t perform daily tasks without a manger they should not be working without a manager on duty!!!

Well I waited in the the drive through for a solid 15 minutes, for a coffee that tasted like a soccer cleat, and they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. There’s literally 3 ingredients yet they still messed it up. Terrible establishment.
