Ive worked for dunks so i know the process and that the company is willing to hire absolutely anyone. But this store is complete trash. Never get my order correct and when you call they will hangup on you mid sentence. Lack of motivation and proper training.

I purchased an ordinary bacon egg and cheese on a croissant yesterday morning via mobile app and had a colleague pick it up as he was grabbing a coffee. When I got it the croissant was burnt black and the bacon was so slimey with maple syrup like clear glaze it was gross. I just ordered a normal sandwich nothing maple syrup or or sugar syrup bacon. Between the burnt croissant and inedible bacon although I was really REALLY hungry I ended up eating just a piece of the bottom of the croissant that only half burnt. I just know how you serve food knowing a person is going to be expecting to eat it.

The doors are still locked at 5:25. I watched an older woman who works here ring the buzzer for the girls inside to let her in for a good ten minutes before walking over to the drive in window and yelling at them to open the door. The girls in the back were clearly visible talking and having a good old time with the doors locked ignoring their coworker outside in the cold.

Came here the lady at the drive thru window asked me how I was I said hi how are you I don’t think she heard me because she said well ok what can I make for you, I told her & she started giving attitude about what I was ordering, i ordered, got my food & my donuts had napkins in them all smudged the frosting and a piece of hair & there was also a piece of hair in coffee, also tasted very water down. Hate to say but I think the girl at the drive thru window was the one to make my things because the girl that cashed me out had no head set…

Slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. In the drive through they wait on one person at a time. When they drive off, they take the next order. Absolutely ridiculous.

I only stop by yearly on my way to Martha’s Vineyard. However this year had exceptional service and a very friendly and quick staff, especially for 5am. The place was clean and well kept, couldn’t really ask for much more!

Horrific experience. Never stopping there again. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a stale bagel. I also ordered a mocha iced coffee and they didn’t put any mocha in it! And they also REFUSED TO FIX IT! Don’t go there! Save yourself the aggravation

Constantly closing early. Have put in mobile order just to get there & have the place be closed with no way to cancel my order etc will say that when I went back in the morning they made my coffee for free & gave me a couple free donuts so…that helped
