This is my local DD and I don’t hate it usually. I typically go in the AM but I went around 7 last night and had a horrible experience. I showed up and the only person working was on the phone complaining/using foul language describing a recent customer. Then I asked how she was and she just stared at me. I placed my order, which she recited back to me, incorrectly and I corrected her. Then I got my sandwich and hot chocolate and left… both of them were not what I ordered and when I collected them and left she didn’t say a word and scoffed at me when I said have a good night. I had half a mind to lay into her about it but it literally wasn’t worth my time. This woman is incompetent and should be let go immediately. I will be reaching out to corporate about her.

As much as I’ve had fond memories of my early Dunkin’ glory days in the early 80’s (i.e. Boston Cream donut & baked CHOC Chip cookies, respectively), I think Dunkin’ is quite way behind the times & both of my recent beverage (i.e. Cocoa Mocha) & donut orders (i.e. Glazed CHOC donut instead of glazed CHOC stick earlier last month @ 49 River ST in Waltham) were really messed up which was very darn aggravating.
